Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices exclude VAT.

How do I pay?

You receive an invoice — monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

You decide whether to continue on Basic or Pro. If you do nothing, the account moves to Free. You can always export your data.

Are there limits on projects or users?

No. Plans differ by which features you get — not by how many projects or users you have.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever it suits you.

Is our data separated from other customers?

Yes. Each organisation has its own projects, users and administrators and cannot see anyone else’s data. Consultants can access several organisations with one login — but always see only one at a time.

Where is my data stored?

With our hosting provider in the EU (Frankfurt).

Can I get consulting with the tool?

Yes. Enterprise includes workshops and consulting, and our services can also be bought separately.
