What we collect

When you use the forms on erecius.com (contact, demo booking, free trial and newsletter), we collect the details you enter: typically name, email, company, phone number and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to enquiries, demos and trials — so we can reply and deliver what you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Newsletter — only with your consent, confirmed by email (double opt-in) (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship requires longer. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Processors

The website and its database are hosted by Render (EU region). We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. We only store your language choice locally in your browser. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to Google.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us at contact@erecius.com. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
